This medium-bodied, orange amber-hued ale uses American-grown Cascades and Willamette hops to dominate the flavor profile while a solid malt backbone lends support. A mildly fruity note gives way to a clean hop bitterness in the finish.
Cellared for three months, the Instigator gets its dark brown hue, bready notes and exceptionally smooth character from traditional German ingredients.
Our Nut Brown Ale is characterized by a rich, dark malt flavor and a mahogany hue. Only Willamette hops from Oregon are used to bring some balance to this Cally's favorite.
