A ruby-colored, medium-bodied ale with a smooth, caramel-like character. Hops take a backseat to allow the toffee-ish malts to dominate, while a hint of smokiness becomes evident as the beer warms.

This copper hued ale is medium bodied and has a pronounced rye character imparted by 20% Rye Malt used in the mash. A generous dose of American hops lends a citrusy note to compliment this exceptionally crisp beer.

Originally brewed for British soldiers stationed in India, this style of beer is highly hopped in order to survive a long ocean voyage. Cally's I.P.A. has a copper hue, is full bodied, and has been aggressively hopped.
An intensely dark and full-bodied stout that has a silky and smooth quality lent by the addition of oatmeal to the mash. Coffee-like roasted barley flavor and aroma compliment the character of this distinctively rich beer. Not for the Bud Light crowd!
