Cally's Brunch is served every Sunday from 10 am until 2 pm.


FRENCH TOAST
Thick sliced sourdough dipped in Grand Marnier egg batter, grilled, and topped with an orange compound butter and warm maple syrup. Served with your choice of ham, bacon, or sausage. $8

QUICHE OF THE DAY
Handcrafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients along with Polyface Farms free-range eggs in a golden brown, flaky dough. Served witha petite pear and hazelnut salad. $8


HUEVOS RANCHEROS
Two eggs over easy topped with chili, cheese, and crema fresca. Served with hash browns, warm flour tortillas, fresh tomato salsa, and fresh, sliced fruit. $7

BELGIAN WAFFLE
A generous sized Belgian waffle toasted until golden brown and ladled with a sweet, butter Banana-Walnut Toffee sauce. Served with a side of fresh, sliced fruit. $8

 

CALLY'S BREAKFAST
A classic 'sunrise sampler' comprised of sliced country ham, mild sausage, and Applewood smoked bacon accompanied by a petite cheese omelet, cinnamon apples, and hash browns. $9

SAUSAGE GRAVY STACKER
Mild, crumbled sausage simmered in a creamy black pepper gravy and ladled over hot buttermilk biscuits set atop a pile of crispy fried hashbrowns. Served with a side of fresh, sliced fruit. $8

BY THE SIDE OF THE ROAD SOUFFLE
Innkeeper, Janice Fitzgerald's signature herb-cheese souffle enhanced with a Choron sauce, served over a salad of oasted portabello mushrooms, charred red peppers, and mesclun greens. $9

CORNED BEEF HASH
A combination of slow cooked shredded potatoes, caramelized onions, and corned beef brisket topped with two poached eggs. Served with a side of buttermilk biscuits. $8
